New STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI Posters

Having already given us a tantalising look behind the scenes of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the Disney D23 Expo continues to give us plenty of reasons to get excited for Christmas. This latest piece of news comes in the form of six new character posters, which were shown during Walt Disney Studios Live Action Films panel, and latter shared on various cast and crew social media accounts (Twitter: Star Wars, Star Wars UK, Mark Hamill & John Boyega Facebook: Daisy Ridley).

All six posters have a formal look to them, cutting off half the character’s face and suited in crimson red. Featured are Luke Skywalker, Rey, Finn, General Leia Organa, Kylo Ren and Poe Dameron.

Personally I think these are very eye catching posters, with the crimson overtone leaving room for speculation as to the direction this movie will go in. But more importantly, what do you think? Do you find these poster appealing? Or are you not a fan of the formal look?

Sound off with you thoughts and opinions in the comments section below!

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will enter our galaxy December 15, 2017.

About the author

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…. there lived a nerd. And as we all know, nerds are cool. Anyway, enough of that. I’m John, your Friendly Neighborhood Managing Editor, and I’ll be doing my best to give you the best nerd content on the web. And why? Because you deserve it. Having been a comic fan and all round geek for as long as I remember, loving Batman, Star Wars and various other forms of fandom, I have certainly had my share of opinions. Naturally I eventually starting writing about this love, whether it be rant or rave, enjoying every minute in the process.
