The First BLACK PANTHER Teaser Trailer is Here!!!

Last year’s Captain America: Civil War saw the long awaited cinematic introduction of Black Panther, with moviegoers getting firmly behind this political hero. Though we may still be the better part of a year away from the solo debut of T’Challa, the good people at Marvel see this as the right time to give us our first teaser, with the content being exciting to say the least. But don’t just take our word for it, check out the trailer for yourself below!

HERO. LEGEND. KING. Watch Marvel Studio’s Black Panther teaser trailer now.

I have to say that the House of Ideas were quite clever in the way they’ve presented this first teaser, with the choice to introduce the world of Wakanda through Everett K. Ross’ (Martin Freeman) interrogation of Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis) being both sleek and attention grabbing. The balance of tribal and technology is also present in this teaser, with the look of Wakanda being everything I was hoping for and more. In addition to this, we also get a glimpse at the other characters involved in this tale, even if their motives are still a mystery.

But what do you think? Are you excited to see T’Challa get his own solo movie? Or does the world of Wakanda not appeal to you?

Black Panther is set to claw his way into cinemas February 16, 2018.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…. there lived a nerd. And as we all know, nerds are cool. Anyway, enough of that. I’m John, your Friendly Neighborhood Managing Editor, and I’ll be doing my best to give you the best nerd content on the web. And why? Because you deserve it. Having been a comic fan and all round geek for as long as I remember, loving Batman, Star Wars and various other forms of fandom, I have certainly had my share of opinions. Naturally I eventually starting writing about this love, whether it be rant or rave, enjoying every minute in the process.
